The winery is located in the municipality of Kernen-Stetten (Remstal-Stuttgart area) in the German wine-growing region of Württemberg. The wines are offered in the vinotheque "WEINKORB" in the municipality of Korb. The business is run by Julian and Barbara Singer, who both studied viticulture and oenology in Geisenheim. Julian Singer completed an oenology internship in South Africa and was inspired there to grow the Syrah grape variety, which is rather rare in Germany. Barbara gained experience in Austria, Bordeaux and New Zealand. In 2018, the winery was merged with the parent winery H. Bader. The vineyards cover seven hectares of vines in the single vineyard sites Hörnle (Steinreinach), Sonnenberg (Kleinheppach), Sommerhalde and Steingrüble (Korb), as well as Häder, Lindhälder, Mönchberg and Pulvermächer (Stetten).
They are planted with the white wine varieties Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, Scheurebe and Gewürztraminer, as well as with the red wine varieties Trollinger (Schiava Grossa), Pinot Noir, Blauer Portugieser, Lemberger (Blaufränkisch), Muscat-Trollinger (Muscat d'Alexandrie), Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabertin, Cabernet Dorsa and Zweigelt. Organic farming is carried out according to Bioland rules, which have been certified since 2020.
The white wines mature in stainless steel, the red wines in traditional, large wooden barrels, the premium wines in new barriques. Around 45,000 bottles of wine are produced annually. The premium wines (site wines) include Syrah from the Korber Sommerhalde and Riesling old Y vines from the Stettener Pulvermächer. Bottle-fermented sparkling and semi-sparkling wines are also produced, as well as fine brandies (marc, yeast brandy) in the farm's own distillery. The winery is a member of the associations Remstal-Tourismus, Slow Food Germany, Natur von Hier and BDO (Association of German Oenologists).
