Nutty, yeasty and a little dried-vegetable scent with restrained yellow-fruity aromas and a hint of yellow spice. Restrained, tart fruit, again clearly yeasty aromas, some nut and hints of yellow fruit, herbal-vegetable tones, chalky and salty in the background, some persistence, noticeable tannin, good to very good, quite tight finish with bite.
