Relatively cool, firm, somewhat dried-vegetable and lightly nutty to woody scent of yellow fruits with a little white and green berries and a hint of meadow flowers. Straight, firm, quite juicy fruit with a delicately sweet melt and nuances reminiscent of camomile, again also light, a little smoky wood, lively acidity, some moderate tannin and good persistence, in the background citrus fruits, red currants, salty and chalky minerality in the very good finish
