Floral and herbal citrus nose with a little green apple and a hint of black berries as well as yeasty tones. Clear, polished, quite dry fruit, yeasty, herbal to smoky notes, medium-fine mousseux, some acid bite, some persistence, good to very good, tart, slightly vegetal and floral finish.
