Relatively cool, planty, nutty-yeasty and slightly floral fragrance with yellow fruity aromas and a hint of bacon. Bone-dry, rather light fruit, clearly yeasty aromas, lively, quite fine mousseux, persistent on the palate, chalky and tobacco tones, some touch of ripe tannin, some depth, very good, firm, tangy-juicy and nutty finish with bite
