Sturdy, clear, and deep nose with noble red and black fruit aromas, smoke, fine herbs, roasted wood notes, and mineral tones. Cool, firm, herbaceous, juicy, still underdeveloped fruit, smoky-roasted, nutty, and slightly ashy wood notes, also a bit of coffee and dark chocolate on the palate, crumbly-sandy tannin and some bite, sustainable, good depth, chalky-salty minerality, a hint of liver pâté, very good, firm, herbaceous, juicy, and spicy finish.
