Firm and quite deep, smoky and a little tobacco aroma of more black than red berries with hints of cherry, a little pepper, black olives and partly Mediterranean herbs. Ripe, juicy, partly preserved fruit with smoky and a little bitter-chocolatey wood notes, coffee, herbs and pepper, again a little black olives in the background, bacony notes in the background, salty mineral hints, some depth, still undeveloped, very good, firm, tart and smoky finish.
