2015 Leimen Herrenberg Grauburgunder trocken Grosses Gewächs, Oberklamm, Baden, Germany

Dried flowers on the nose, nutty, slightly smoky, spicy oak, citrus, stone and pomaceous fruit, hint of bacon, mineral notes in the background. Dry, juicy, fresh, fairly cool fruit on the palate, touch of sugar candy, light nutty and yeasty aromas, lively acidity, light, delicately smoky oak, persistent, has grip and bite, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, although the impression remains cool overall, noticeable tannins, still largely undevleoped, earthy and salty notes, very good finish.
