Translate to English Noch etwas unruhiger, nussiger, holziger und leicht hefiger Kernobstduft mit erdigen bis mineralischen Tönen und deutlich Kaffee. Nussig und holzwürzig auch im Mund, auch noch eine Spur laktisch, herb-saftige, geschliffene Frucht mit leicht pilzigen Aromen und feinen vegetabilen Tönen, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, feiner Säurebiss, ein wenig Milchkaramell, relativ viel Schmelz, sehr guter Abgang. Muss zwingend reifen.
