Translate to English Relativ herber, etwas rauchig-speckiger und nussig-holzwürziger Duft nach teils eingemachten schwarzen und roten Beeren mit tabakigen, gewürzigen und leicht schokoladigen Anklängen sowie einem Hauch Suppenkräuter. Herbe, dicht gewirkte und saftige Frucht im Mund, vegetabile, rauchig-holzige und erdige Noten, präsentes, noch ein wenig trocknendes Tannin, wieder Suppenkräuter am Gaumen, recht deutliche Mineralik, röstige Aromen, etwas Nussig, tief und nachhaltig, sehr guter bis langer, noch leicht trocknender, mit Luft zunehmend saftiger Abgang mit Salznoten. Braucht viel Zeit.
