Editor note: Light vegetal and earthy notes on the nose, fairly restrained yellow fruit, floral traces. Ripe, tart, juicy, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, prominent earthy and mineral notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, elegant acidity, light grip, hint of dark berries in the background, floral traces, very good tart, juicy, vegetal, mineral finish.
Best to drink: To 2020+

One of the eight specific wine growing areas in the Austrian province or generic wine growing area of Lower Austria. It is crossed by the Danube, on whose northern bank slopes many of the most terraced vineyards are located. The partly very steep vineyards are among the steepest vineyards in Austria.
