Slightly muted nose, light nutty, vegetal and earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of wilted flowers. Restrained fruit on the palate, dried vegetal, light earthy and nutty aromas, lively acidity, slightly astringent tannins, fairly persistent, salty notes in the background, hint of caraway and ginger, slightly muted tart finish.
