Tart, very slightly tobacco and woody, with air animalic scent of ripe black and red berries with nutty and hints of dried floral and mushroomy aromas. Tart also in the mouth, relatively cool, fine-juicy fruit with smoky and nutty wood flavours, a little cocoa on the palate, crumbly-sandy tannin, good persistence, a little salt in the background, again meaty-animalic tones, very harmonious, good to very good, quite juicy and again a little smoky finish. Skilful.
