2018 Scheurebe süß, Pfalz, Germany

Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, delicate earthy and floral traces, muted yellow fruit aromas, delicate nutty notes. Fairly sweet fruit on the palate, vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, sugar candy, good persistence, nutty traces, hint of tobacco, light mineral notes, some depth, elegant bitter notes, good to very good, sweet, juicy, slightly spicy finish. Much more complex on the palate than one would expect from the nose.
