Brut Pinot Rosé (Deg.: 03/25), Baden, Germany

Light floral, earthy, and mushroomy nose with yeasty notes, stone fruit, and a hint of dark berries. Slim, juicy, not entirely dry fruit, nutty and slightly yeasty aromas, on the palate again a trace of forest mushrooms, moderate, quite fine perlage, floral and herbal nuances, a touch of stone fruit skin, certain sustainability, drinkable style, good to very good finish.
