Cool, well-polished, somewhat herbal and floral nose with restrained white and yellow fruit notes and a hint of root vegetables. Clear, again bright, cool, completely dry fruit, herbal and nutty tones, very fine acidity, chalky nuances in the background, certain sustainability, a trace of elderberry and elderflower, good to very good, finely juicy, yet bitter finish with grip.
