Cool and polished, quite firm, slightly smoky scent with fine yellow fruity aromas, nutty tones, and a hint of herbs and bacon. Taut, herbaceous juicy, cool fruit, again smoky with slightly herbal, nutty, and lightly bacon-like notes, lively, very fine acidity, gripping on the palate, sustainable and substantial despite low alcohol, relatively complex, distinct minerality, a hint of pepper, possesses elegance and certain depth, very good, finely juicy and spicy finish.
