Light yeasty, vegetal and earthy notes on the nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, light nutty, smoky oak, hint of green bacon, mushrooms and mineral notes. Fairly juicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, delicate smoky, nutty oak, light vegetal notes, hint of bacon, earthy and mineral notes, elegant acidity, light tannic touch, good persistence, salty traces, hint of sugar candy,noticeable acid bite amd light, elegant oaky notes on a good to very good, slightly sweetish finish.
