Somewhat floral and herbal, very lightly developed aroma with pome and stone fruit flavours, citrus fruits, yeasty traces, hints of smoke and some minerality. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit with fine acidity and plenty of grip, nutty and delicately yeasty tones, slightly dried-floral on the palate, persistent and substantial, plenty of mineral spice, still young, very good, sweetish, lightly juicy, spicy, mineral and somewhat dried-vegetable to tobacco finish
