Cool, quite fine, yeasty and somewhat fresh-vegetal core fruit nose with citrus nuances, a bit of fresh mushrooms, delicate shell tones and floral nuances. Quite firm, herb-juicy, cool, clear fruit, fresh vegetal and floral as well as slightly nutty tones, very fine mousse, persistent on the palate, gently smoky in the background, yeasty nuances, persistent, some depth, has polish and excellent balance, mineral traces, very stimulating, very good, tight, fine-juicy, cool finish with grip.
