Cool, quite polished, yet firm, still yeasty and reductive, also very slightly herbaceous-vegetable scent with fine, bright yellow-fruity aromas, floral nuances, hints of laurel and minerality. Taut, juicy, again bright fruit, still slightly smoky-reductive aromas, also yeasty tones, minerality in the background, stony-mineral tones and a hint of capers, has substance, some depth, largely dry style, very good, juicy, grippy and still yeasty-spicy finish, again with minerality. Has class.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
