Cool, fairly fresh, somewhat vegetal pomaceous fruit nose with citrus nuances. Straightforward, finely juicy, cool and tart fruit, fine vegetal and hints of floral tones, polished acidity, nutty notes and a hint of butter, hints of smoke, delicate melting, very harmonious, good to very good, again animatingly tart finish.
