Fairly firm, deep and tart nose, still has light yeasty and nutty notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, restrained, elegant yellow fruit, intense mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, very firm, partly preserved and dried fruit on the pqalate, lively acidity, ripe tannins provide firm grip, concentrated and persistent, yeasty notes, yellow psice and a hint of white pepper, very good substance and depth, still undeveloped, sweetish and creamy, hint of bacon, some bite, gripping on a very good long, juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
