Firm, tart, fairly deep nose, prominent mineral notes, light dried vegetal notes, yellow fruit, touch of root vegetables, peppery traces. Ripe, elegant, juicy, fairly cool and very firm fruit on the palate, peppery notes, light herbs and spices, yeasty traces, lively, elegant acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, fairly concentrated and persistent, prominent salty mineral notes, floral traces, complex, full-bodied, but also polished with some bite, good depth, largely undeveloped, very good finish.
