2008 Kamptal DAC Riesling trocken Urgestein, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Prominent vegetal and some balsamic notes on the nose, Thai aubergine, melon, pomaceous fruit and some stone fruit. Clear, fairly cool style, delicate fruit on the palate, citrus notes, vegetal notes, extremely elegant, lively acidity, some more Thai aubergine, white pepper in the background, fairly persistent, very harmonious and refreshing, good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2011+. What our ratings mean
