Fairly cool, restrained nose, light yellow fruit aromas, delicate vegetal noites, light yeasty and nutty traces. Ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and prominent nutty notes, very elegant acidity, vegetal traces, persistent, mineral notes in the background, herbaceous aromas, some yeasty notes again on a very good, firm, grippy, ripe and juicy finish.
