Light vegetal and floral notes on the nose, hint of bacon, some yellow fruit. Sweetish fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal aromas, hint of bacon, light floral and nutty notes, elegant acidity, some sugar candy, peppery traces in the background, light tannic touch, mineral notes on a good, fairly juicy, noticeably sweet finish.
