2017 Elbling trocken, Mosel, Germany

Clearly herbal nose with restrained yellow fruity and a little earthy notes. Slender, sweetish fruit with vegetable, yeasty and very slightly bacony notes, lively acidity some tannic grip, light minerality in the background, quite good, sweetish finish with vegetable and floral nuances as well as a breath of red berries.
