Delicately smoky and distinctly nutty pome fruit scent with citrus nuances, floral hints, a touch of butter and fine vegetal hints. Ripe, somewhat melting and warm, bright fruit, nutty aromas, a hint of caramel and butter, very fine acidity, moderate tannic grip, good persistence, delicate bitterness, slightly noticeable alcohol, very good finish with vegetal nuances.
