Cool, clearly green-vegetable and also reminiscent of root vegetables nose with restrained, somewhat muted white and yellow fruit aromas. Tart, bright, again somewhat muted fruit, almondy and yeasty nuances, quite lively acidity, a little drying tannin, certain persistence, chalky-salty tones, hints of black berries, slightly brittle in the otherwise good finish. Currently not as convincing as a year ago; uncertain prognosis.

Editor note: Very slightly yeasty, fresh herbal, delicately nutty and hints of light tobacco nose of yellow fruits with a hint of pepper. Quite polished, tightly knit fruit with a hint of yeast, dry herbs and some light woody aromas, very fine acidity, citrus fruits, mint and light black berry tones in the background, moderate tannin grip and good persistence, salty and chalky notes, very good, light, fine-juicy finish with some bite
