2018 Südsteiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Rotschiefer", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, herbaceous-vegetable and even more yeasty, somewhat reductive fragrance with light yellow fruity aromas, nutty traces and minerality. Clear, tart, finely juicy, rather cool fruit, still clearly yeasty tones, somewhat planty notes, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, still young, much light minerality, certain depth, has grip, very good, firm finish with tart juice yeast and minerality
