2021 Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Quite cool, bright, somewhat vegetal to herbal and hints of almondy scent of bright yellow fruits with a little white and green berries and a hint of asparagus. Youthful, delicately sweet fruit with slightly black berry nuances, lively, fine acidity, some persistence, chalky tones, good finish.
