Somewhat cloudy, light yellow. Slightly open, somewhat vegetable, herbal and hints of bacon aroma of partly mellow yellow fruits with slightly mushroomy hints. Polished, lean, bright fruit with still yeasty traces, present, almost a little lemony acidity, certain tannic grip, some persistence, salt in the background, good to very good finish.
