Cool, bright, restrained yellow-fruity nose with vegetal and delicately nutty aromas. Cool, lean, tart fruit, fine, lively acidity, some grip, clearly vegetal notes, good persistence, certain minerality, has polish, a little vegetable in the background, very good, tart finish. Perhaps no longer at its best but still nice to drink in its tart and quite elegant way.

Kühl, schlank und herb im Mund, zurückhaltende Frucht mit hefigen, pflanzlichen und erdig-mineralischen Aromen, feine, lebendige Säure und zarter Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, dabei völlig kompromisslos und knochentrocken, etwas Tiefe, hat Biss und Griff, eine Spur hellen Tabaks im Hintergrund, sehr guter Abgang.
