Tart, emphatically vegetable, slightly green nose with yellow fruity and cabbagey notes. Quite sweet fruit with lively acidity and again clearly vegetable flavours that go into the cabbage, some candy, some persistence, waxy and buttery hints, a little yellow spice, mineral nuances, good finish.
