Fresh, tart, grassy-vegetable nose with yeasty traces, white and yellow fruity hints, a little green berries and elderflower. Straightforward, relatively juicy, very bright, very slightly sweet fruit, fine acidity, delicate grip, hints of flowers and nutty yeasty hints on the palate, some persistence, good finish with notes of pepper
