Slightly restless, reductive citrus scent with white berry notes, lots of stone fruit, fresh, slightly sweet herbs, marinated chicken, fine garlic notes, and floral nuances. Bright, juicy, not completely dry fruit, delicate smoky tones, lively, fine acidity, and a noticeable grip of still quite distinct yeast flour, good sustainability and certain depth, bitter zest tones, has bite, bright minerality, very good, firm, cool finish. Only shows somewhat what it can do on the third day after opening; must definitely age.
