Firm and deeper, purer, still slightly smoky-reductive scent of fresh stone fruits and citrus fruits with a hint of pineapple, as well as floral and delicate dark berry aromas and a touch of cinnamon. Firmly structured, cool, still completely undeveloped fruit, lively, fine acidity and grip, yeasty nuances, very slightly smoky, nutty and floral in the background, again a hint of dark berries, rather bright, chalky and slightly salty minerality, good depth, firm structure, very good, tight finish with juice, minerality, herbs, and plenty of grip. Clearly shows its origin in its blend of dark background and rather chalky minerality.
