Fine, slightly smoky, reductive, somewhat herbal and ethereal nose with more core than stone fruit, rocky minerality, a hint of beeswax and young root vegetables. Polished, juicy, sweet citrus fruit with slight notes of blackberries and mint, a touch of celery and hinted floral honey, lively acidity, light tannin grip, good sustainability, salty tones, very good, cool, quite juicy and also mineral finish.
