2021 Monzingen Frühlingsplätzchen Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Nahe, Germany

Quite deep, smoky, clearly reductive, somewhat herbal-vegetable citrus nose with some pineapple and peach, minerality, hints of black berries, pepper and floral nuances. Bright, firm, delicately sweet fruit with present acidity, yeast, almondy tones and some smoke, persistent on the palate, clear, bright minerality, has bite, some depth, melony traces, plus some grapefruit and lots of vineyard peach, still young, very good, brightly juicy, rather cool finish.
