Relatively cool and firm, a little reductive, in addition somewhat almondy, bacony and vegetal to ethereal-herbal scent of bright yellow fruits with slightly black berry aromas. Cool, taut, sweet and decidedly juicy fruit, fine, lively acidity, has some grip, good substance and persistence, clear minerality reminiscent of mussel shells, dense and complex, very good to long, fine-juicy finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2045+. What our ratings mean
