Cool, bright, somewhat herbal nose with restrained citrus and pome fruit aromas. Lean, straightforward, fine-juicy fruit, light nutty tones, somewhat planty to herbal and yeasty on the palate, quite lively acidity, delicate grip, a little sweet melting, light mineral hints in the background, good to very good finish.
