Firm and deep, quite noble, still somewhat reductive yellow fruity fragrance with delicate herbaceous and floral as well as mineral notes. Tight and rather tart and juicy in the mouth, relatively cool, relatively light fruit, present acidity, some grip, light floral nuances on the palate, fresh herbal to herbaceous hints, mineral in the background, has some grinding and with all substance a certain light-footedness, very good, cool, juicy finish that darkens with air with plenty of acid bite and light minerality
