2017 Riesling trocken, Nahe, Germany

Cool nose, still restless, light yeasty notes, yellow fruit, mineral and floral notes. Tart, very light fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, prominent salty mineral notes, lively acidity, noticeable tannins, still totally undeveloped, good persistence, some grip, good to very good firm, juicy finish.
