Very intense, deep, firm nose, still rather restless, light yellow fruit, intense dark mineral notes, aloe vera, floral and herbaceous traces. Firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, fairly prominent yeasty notes, floral, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, lively, elegant acidity, intense chalky, salty mineral notes, persistent and concentrated, good depth, quite creamy, but also has some bite and grip, floral traces, hint of dark berries, complex, compacvt structure, clearly shows its origin, very good juicy, firm, dark, gripping finish. definitely needs time to mature.
