Light yeasty notes on the nose, touch of yellow spice, vegetal and earthy notes, warm yellow fruit, nutty notes, still has a hint of sulphur, mineral notes. Ripe, sweetish, juicy, creamy, fairly warm fruit on the palate, sugar candy and yellow spice, light yeasty and smoky notes, good substance and persistence, hint of bacon in the background, lively, elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide firm grip, noticeable mineral notes in the background, full body, good depth, sweetish and creamy, but also has a slightly sharp edge on a very good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Stark reduktive, deutlich hefige, kühl-pflanzliche und auch kräuterige Nase mit verhaltenen Pfirsich- und Zitrusaromen, etwas Lauch, herb-mineralischen Tönen und leicht krautigen Noten. Kräftig und recht saftig am Gaumen, deutlich hefig, kräuterig, etwas lauchartig und leicht laktisch-krautig, lebendige, präsente Säure, reifer Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, Zitronige und erdige Töne, eine Spur wachsig, gewisse Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff, wirkt aber noch völlig unruhig, süßliche Töne, sehr guter Abgang mit Biss und Zug. Nach wie vor eher unsichere Prognose.

Editor note: Translate to English Straffer, noch etwas verschlossener, noch merklich schwefliger und auch leicht flüchtiger Zitrus-Pfirsichduft mit hefigen und kräuterigen Tönen sowie herber Mineralik, etwas Quitte und floralen Nuancen. Etwas saftige, süßliche Frucht im Mund, lebendige, feine Säure und gewisse Kohlensäure, hefige Töne, ganz leicht rau am Gaumen, hat ansonsten sehr wohl Schliff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund Mineralik, wieder leicht flüchtige Töne und eine Menge Schwefel, sehr gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, noch ein wenig gedeckt, sehr guter Abgang. Nicht ganz sichere Prognose, die flüchtige Säure und der erhebliche Schwefel irritieren ein wenig.
