Firm, distinctly smoky and slightly nutty aroma with notes of ripe yellow fruits, tobacco, yeasty nuances, and earthy-mineral tones. Ripe, warm, sweet fruit with very fine, mature acidity and a delicate touch, melting on the palate, good sustainability, a bit of tobacco and smoke, stony and salty notes, has power, a hint of buttercream in the background, very good, soft, slightly sweet finish.
