Slightly cheesy, nutty, yeasty, slightly vegetal to herbal and hints of bacon aroma of citrus fruits and peel with a hint of black berries. Youthful, very slender, sweet fruit with delicate floral hints, fine, lively acidity, very light tannic grip, good persistence, chalky-mineral tones, good finish.
