2021 Erden Riesling Kabinett feinherb VDP.Ortswein, Mosel, Germany

Still slightly yeasty, vegetal to herbal, delicately floral and hints of almondy pome and stone fruit scents with hints of fine root vegetables. Straight, sweet, delicately juicy citrus fruit with still yeasty and slightly yellow-spicy nuances, lively acidity, animating grip of moderate tannin, good persistence, hints of salt and pepper, very good, again grippy finish with bite.
