Slightly herbaceous and a hint of floral, polished citrus stone fruit scent with delicately yeasty and also mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, not completely dry fruit with relatively fresh vegetable spice, yeasty nuances and a hint of candy, delicate ethereal notes on the palate, good substance and sustainability, minerality in the background, floral tones, a hint of dark berries, very good, juicy finish with some bite and again ethereal notes
